Play Pile of Tiles Connect online for free. Pile of Tiles Connect is a Mahjong Connect game that uses actual Mahjong stones. Pair identical stones with a clear path between than that has no more than 2 right angle turns. Clear the entire stack before the level timer expires. The stones on top fall down as those below them are removed. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
Select Help to learn the game’s rules.
Select High Scores to view the game’s leaderboard.
Use the drop-down list on the bottom left corner of the screen to choose the game’s language.
Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
Game Controls
- Desktop
  - With your mouse, left click to select the stones.

    - Tap on the stones with your fingers to select them.
    - Controls and indicators
      - The game’s controls and indicators are located at the right side of the screen. From the top, they are as follows:
        Level number
        Cumulative game score
        Level timer
        First row, left to right:
        Shuffle button
        Hint button
        Second row, left to right:
        Pause button
        Enlarge button: Lets you switch between windowed and full-screen modes
        Third row, left to right:
        Speaker button: Turns the game’s audio effects on and off
        Music button: Turns the game’s music on and off
        Game Play
        Levels
        Levels are unlocked sequentially:
        Only the first level is playable at the start of the game.
        Finishing one level automatically unlocks the next one.
        There are 20 levels in the game.
        You can’t go back and replay previously beat levels without starting the game over at the first level.
        If you reload the game, you have 2 options:
        Continue from the last level you’ve unlocked.
        Start a new playthrough. This will erase your previous progress.
        Basic gameplay
        Select identical pairs of Mahjong stone to remove them from the field.
        The tiles must be connectable by a single line with no more than 2 right angles.
        Adjacent pairs of tiles can also be selected and removed.
        Tiles drop as you clear them.
        Be careful, as falling tiles can immediately cut off tiles that you could’ve paired first.
        It makes sense to make high up pairs early so they don’t become unavailable after a drop.
        Remove all the tiles onscreen before the timer expires to clear the level.
        You start with 7 minutes and 30 seconds on the clock on the first level.
        Later levels have a shorter time limit and more stones.
        The timer decreases 10 seconds per level to where you must beat the final level in 4:20.
        You fail the level if you don’t clear all the stones in time.
        You can try again. This game offers unlimited continues.
        You can also end your playthrough. This lets you save your score in the leaderboard.
        Scoring
        Scoring is cumulative in this game. Your score from one level carries over to the next.
        Every pair of stones you clear adds 100 points to your total score.
        After finishing, you also receive 6 bonus points for every second remaining on the timer in each level.
        There are two ways to save your total score:
        Play through all 20 levels.
        End the playthrough after a game over.
        Assistance
        Hints
        Selecting the hint button will show you any valid pair of tiles.
        Each hint costs 300 points.
        Shuffles
        Shuffles rearrange the stones on the stack. This is useful if you want to make more obvious pairs.
        Manual shuffles cost 500 points.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for players who like traditional Mahjong Connect tile match games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
